Mental Wellness Collective is a virtual therapy practice and community designed specifically to meet the needs of Black women and girls.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline

 Call 800-273-8255 (800-273-TALK) at any time. Provides 24/7, free, confidential support to those in crisis. If you or someone you know is struggling emotionally or having a hard time, you can be the difference in getting them the help they need.

An online space dedicated to encouraging the mental wellness of Black women and girls.

The Boris Lawrence Henson Foundation

Additional Resources

Loveland Foundation is an organization committed to showing up for communities of color in unique and powerful ways, with a particular focus on Black women and girls, including a Therapy Assistance Program.

Youth Mental Health First Aid is a course designed to teach adults who regularly interact with young people how to help an adolescent who is experiencing a mental health or addiction challenge or is in crisis, including an action plan for how to help young people in both crisis and non-crisis situations.

National Eating Disorder Association (NEDA): In the US, call or text the NEDA national toll-free confidential hotline at 800-931-2237 for information, support, and referrals to treatment by trained volunteers. You can also send 'NEDA' to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line.

RehabSpot: Since 2018, Rehab Spot has served as a critical source of information on addiction and recovery for those who are struggling with substance abuse disorders and co-morbid mental health conditions.
